What services do you offer?We exclusively offer full-service destination wedding planning and design both domestically and abroad. Once we’re on board, you can exhale. We take the reins on everything from building the right vendor team to creating a design that feels true to your story, and managing every logistical detail behind the scenes. What’s left for you? The space to be present for the moments that matter, make the fun decisions, and fully enjoy the experience—without the overwhelm.

Where are your destination planning services offered?We plan and design weddings wherever your story leads us - near or far. Some of our favorite destinations we’ve had the joy of working in include the Amalfi Coast, Santorini, London, and Portugal.

What is your starting investment?Our full-service planning begins at $10,000, with most clients investing $15,000 or more depending on complexity, scope, and location.

How far in advance should I reach out to work with you?Most of our couples book us 15-18 months before the wedding date. However, we have planned some incredible celebrations in 5 months or less!

We haven’t picked a venue yet. Should we do that before reaching out?You don't need to pick a venue before reaching out! We have strong connections with top venues and can help you find the perfect location that fits your vision and budget and perfect date (with some serious Sarue Event Design exclusive perks!)

My venue has a coordinator, do I still need a planner/designer?While venue coordinators are great for managing the logistics of the venue itself, the fact is they work for the venue and focus on the operations of the space rather than the vision of your wedding. On average, most venue coordinators have a client list of 60+ weddings and events per year they manage and meet with the client 2-3 times prior to the wedding. At Sarue Event Design we work for you. We limit our client book to just 10 weddings each year with unlimited meetings for all clients so that we can truly get to know you as a couple and understand your vision. Our comprehensive 50+ page design plan covers every detail, with backup options for any situation (Plan A, B, and C), complete with custom illustrations of your venue so you’ll know exactly what to expect before you arrive. Throughout your wedding events, our team is by your side—arriving first and leaving last—ensuring you’re free to fully immerse yourself in every moment, surrounded by your loved ones, while we handle every detail to create a flawless, luxurious, and stress-free experience.

Do you offer partial planning or coordination services?We believe exceptional weddings require complete commitment - which is why we no longer offer partial planning. Our approach is all in, always. Full planning and design gives us the space to do our best work, ensuring every detail is thoughtful, cohesive, and truly reflective of you. The result? A planning experience that feels effortless, a design that’s entirely custom, and a celebration you can actually be present for.

How much control do we have over our event planning and design if we work with you?You’ll have as much control as you want over the planning and design process. Our role as planners and designers is to translate your vision into professional visuals that reflect your unique style and story. We’re here to collaborate closely with you, ensuring your ideas and preferences are at the forefront. We’ll help assemble a team of vendors that aligns with your personalities and ideals, and we’ll handle the logistics and execution, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—celebrating your love. Together, we’ll create an event that beautifully weaves together your shared histories and tells your love story in a way that feels authentically you. Your vision guides every step of the process!
